Warranty

Every piece of our jewellery is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of purchase subject to normal conditions of "wear and tear". Delivery costs apply.

How the piece is worn and cared for significantly affects its finish over time. We recommend that you follow our instructions for How to care for your jewellery. Any items with significant wear and tear, or where our instructions have not been followed will not be included in your warranty.

Re-plating is not included in your warranty. Pieces adjusted by a person or company other than Théa Glow Jewellery or for any reason other than a manufacturing fault, will not be covered by the warranty. Also, our Warranty does not cover the loss or theft of any pieces.
